I received my package a few days before the delivery date. It was a bit beat up by FedEx, but product was undamaged. As for the person worried about it being counterfeit, it is not. You can search "Heat press" on the VEVOR website and this exact, unbranded heat press comes up. The timer: works, just that its not automatic like other presses, you have to push the button on the control panel to start it. I like that it already has a Teflon sheet on the press. Not a big fan of the quality of the cushion, but it dies the job. The blue cushion on mine appeared to have fiberglass on it, both sides, that would stick to my products. However, I just went over the pad with some sticky tape, and it picked it all up and I haven't seen any since. The control panel is looser than I would like, and there seems to be no way to access the screw to tighten it, however it is firm enough to where I can use the buttons easily. Display is bright and clear, beep is loud, and everything feels acceptably built.Do I recommend this as a heat press? Yes.Is it MY first and only heat press so I don't really have anything to compare it to? Yes.Does it perform the act that I want it to perform? Yes.Could it be better? Yes.The top does get hot, but a quick brush with your hand won't burn you.The screws on the top, however, get VERY hot, compared to the rest of the press cover.In conclusion, its a good press, and I recommend it.
