A towel warmer is nice to have, this one seems sturdy and has a nice black finish.It takes 15-20 min. to get a towel barely warm.I wish it would warm up faster.It has an on off button and a button to select 2 hr or 4 hr timer. In the event the power blinks, it does not resume its state. It just turns off, So an external timer would not allow you to set a turn on time to warm your towel. You have to remember to turn it on 30-60 min. before you need it.

As others have mentioned in their reviews, the install instruction are terrible. Thankfully two engineers here put our heads together (okay, mostly the mechanical engineer figured it out) and got it installed without too much trouble. It works and I'm happy to report that my towels are actually drying between showers now. This product was quite a bit less than similar products from brands you have heard of at Lowe's, so it is worth a try.

Excellent product ! Easy to install with basic handyman skills. Nice and warm, not too hot. I installed power through the wall. Very nice pieces, built very well. Totally happy. I was looking at much more expensive models, then bumped into this one. Good value for the price. Highly recommend.
