Product came with a dented meat tray.
The grinder itself looks to be fine but the meat tray was very dented. There is no apparent way to contact seller to get a replacement, that really is unfortunate. Poor customer service.

I only took one star off of the quality because of some fit and finish issues. The loading pan would not want to go into the pipe of the grinder. This was easily corrected with bending the metal. Also, the tightening screw to lock in the grinding tube, was bent and unable to be used. I had another M6 screw laying around and was able to use that in its place. it is a very heavy and appears to be a very durable piece of equipment. It grinds flawlessly.

Worst communication
The item was promised to arrive on 12/29/2024( that when I needed it), it arrived on 01/03/2025. Tried to return , no useful line of communication. The grinder itself looks well built, the problem is for cleaning you have to have tools to remove three screws, the inside parts has very sharp edges I had to file them smooth, after I cut my hand while cleaning, overall not a bad grinder.

This machine has made my life so much easier. Very strong. I feed my dogs a raw beef diet and this powers right through 160 lbs. of meat in no time.

The grinder was damaged during shipping and missing a screw for securing the handle. Contacted customer service almost four weeks ago and the issue is still not resolved.

On initial setup the switch was stuck/broke "ON". Vevor wanted video but could not open the video. Had to shorten to less than 5 secs so they could view. They offered to send a new switch for me to install. That was unacceptable. This all took 3 weeks, I was offered a good faith payment to keep it. I took that and planned to buy a foot switch, knowing I cannot use the reverse function. Vevor could not recommend a foot switch to use and would not send me a review, until a complaint was filed.

Very disappointed with the customer service do not trust them on getting a refund i bought the product it came broken during shipment try to get it replace it never happen ,i was stock i bought a second one and cant get a refund for the first one

Grinder review
Ordered grinder an what I got was an exhaust fan. Contacted vevor and sent them all the info they wanted and was told I would have to wait 3 to 7 days for someone to contact me. 3 days later they refunded my money with no explanation I would have reordered it but the price went way up.they could have just sent me grinder and I would have been happy. The price was great so I gave 4 stars but gave 1 star for ease of use,features and quality. As for customer satisfaction 1 star there.
