I like how easy it was to put together with one exception discussed below. Despite the skimpy instructions, you can figure out what goes where and it all makes sense. The cart comes with the straps and connectors already installed. However the Vevor customer support is a TOTAL wash-out. I have spent a long time trying to get information about how to put the straps and connectors back together, because someone, very unwisely, separated them. For two weeks I have been in communication with the Vevor help-desk (on four different occasions) and have been promised a resolution to my need to have some further instructions or photos. (The user manual does not help you put the straps back together.) Nothing ever comes of it. The help-desk just requests me to tell them how much I like their help-desk assistance. All I need is a photo of the connectors indicating how the straps are attached to them. Nonetheless, I think that this kayak cart is just wonderful. Even without the straps, the kayak stays in place on the cart, moves easily and turns on a dime even in mud. I recommend it, but only if you don’t need customer service (which stinks).
