This is one heavy-duty tarp -- once you take it out of the package, don't ever expect it to fold up that small again! For me, that is the only draw-back to it -- but since they described it accurately, I can't drop a star. But because it is so thick and hard to handle (for one senior female), I don't tend to use it much. I originally bought it for use to cover something around where I was using water - but figured I could later use it as a drop cloth for painting afterwards. It's a bit too awkward and hard to handle to use as a drop cloth, though - tarp is an accurate description. It would be excellent to use as a cover over something that is being stored outdoors - probably last years!

I used this tarp to cover a riding mower because I had nowhere to store it through the winter. I bought the 20x20 and basically completely wrapped the whole mower. This tarp held up very well through what was a very rough winter. We had lots of snow, wind, bitter temps and by spring this tarp was as good as it was the day I bought the thing. Also the mower was completely dry and no water had seeped inside.

I am very pleased with it; I believe you will be too.

I'm never gonna give a tarp a warmness rating and I hope I don't have to but this is a very thick and heavy tarp for only a 10 by 10 but I mean seriously it's pretty darn heavy so not a good backpacking tarp if that was your thought process, but if you do car camping like I do and use it as a base layer for a tent of the same size it's amazing and doesn't have any issues. I do take care of it and clean it and dry it after use before puttibg it away so I won't speap to using it other things but I have faith it'd hold pretty good for other things. It's far better than any blue tarp or even heavy duty tarps from most department stores.

I bought the 8x10 tarp cover for an inflatable pool on my front patio. I liked it so much that I bought another one in the 6x8 size. I decided to use one to put underneath the pool as a mat on the concrete and the other to cover the pool. They are of great quality and they were very affordable. I would definitely buy them again.

I purchased this tarp for what may be an unconventional reason: to provide a "flooring" for my young puppy's pen. The tarp had to be durable against puppy teeth (it is), easy to clean (very much so), and waterproof (for obvious reasons, and it is!). The puppy pen and tarp are used indoors and outdoors only in nice weather, so I can't speak to whether the tarp is weatherproof. But everything else about the tarp is A+, so my guess is that this tarp would be weatherproof also.

For years I have had to deal with my overly retaliatory cats behavior. He likes to pee on blankets and bed sheets to get revenge on us when we don't answer to his demands of turning the bathroom faucet on at all hours of the day. We have gone through so many tarps to out over our beds so he doesn't pee on our blankets...

I just received this tarp (white) and installed it as a sun-reflecting cover over my dog kennel (which I'm using as a catio). The kennel came with a black/silver peaked roof covering. Even with the silver side out, the catio gets too warm inside in bright sun. I bought this tarp to add reflect the sun and keep it cooler inside. Works like a charm. This tarp is heavier than the one that came with the kennel kit, so it will likely keep more water out as well (although I won't have cats in it when it rains). The tarp seems like a quality product and the grommets are firmly attached - none of them were loose when I was attaching it with the bungee bands. I can't rate the durability or weather-proof qualities, since I just installed it on a nice sunny day yesterday. I expect it will be fine. Thanks!

It is a strong solid tarp! Serves my purpose. I did not want to be sitting on the grass at a family event. A sheet/blanket & throw pillowd on top & my Derp Woods OFF & I was good!!! People around me in chairs sitting in the grass, were getting eaten alive!!! Hilarious!!!!

I replaced an old, threadbare tarp with this new brown/black model. (I use it to cover my electric cargo bike, which must be kept outside because it's too big to fit into my building's bike storage). The tarp is very thick and stiff so it's waterproof and won't get blown around. I would have preferred green to camouflage better with the fence, but the tarp is very functional. I'll report back in a year or two about its durability.
