This product would have gotten 5 stars but for the fact it was not easy to put together. The pieces are heavy and there isn’t a lot of room to get your hand in to screw on the nuts. You will definitely need a tool that will hold the nut in place while the screw is tightened- a ratchet screw driver will save a lot of time. It does not come with a leader hose but you can get your own for not a lot of money. It seems sturdy and easily holds my 50ft stainless steel hose. I’m sure it would hold a 100ft hose too. Maybe it was difficult for me because I’m a 70 yr old female who doesn’t do a lot of this type of thing. It’s a lot more affordable than the plastic ones.

This thing is sturdy. I expect my children to inherit it. For decades, I've had a simple, tubular steel hose reel. It eventually started getting rickety. I would have replaced it, except most of the products available are either ugly polystyrene or way overpriced. This hose reel is the answer. Assembly takes a little while, but it is not rocket science.

Worked very well. Might reverse the reel to make it a right hand wind instead of left like is shown in the instructions. Impressed by the all metal frame, reel and water connections Vs the plastic ones for several times the price.

Needed an alternative to the plastic hose reels and this seemes to be a sturdy and inexpensive alternative. It was somewhat of a challange to assemble but all of the peices did fit together well. It is odd that there is a female adapter and no hose for connection to the faucet.

The hose reel is sturdy and made from stainless steel. The quality of this reel is quite good. This reel is not that easy to assemble, I needed someone to help me so I could install the brackets. Assemble was a little time consuming. This being said the hose reel is one of the best I have ever purchased.

A part was missing because the box had a hole in it from shipping. The missing part was replaced. Very satisfied with the quality of the product.

It was a little more difficult to assemble than I expected. Pay attention to the instructions. When I was finished assembling, I put 50 feet of 5/8\" hose on it. The cart could have easily held 100 feet. I expect this to last a lot longer than the plastic carts I've used in the past. The sun tends to destroy them within two years.

Welds could be better but I think it will be sturdy and last a long time. Paint seems good. A little tough to assemble but not bad. Functions well.
