The temperature control stopped working after few months. The unit will simply bring water to constant boil. Customer service initially sent part for repair, only to realize that after receipt of part, replacement was not straightforward unless your have very tiny hands. When asked to have unit returned for repair instead, they offered 30% refund of the purchase price. When I refused, they countered with 60%. I don't know when the low-ball tactics will end, when all I really want is to get my unit functional again. Beware.

Heats up quickly, Great for instant coffee or tea in the morning, instant noodles for lunch or soup any time.

Heats up water fast and keeps it hot. Works great. Makes my job easier when we are in a hurry to make an order.

This product is amazing. I love brewing loose leaf teas and it makes life so much simpler. I just add my leaves to the cup, dispense the water and in no time have hot tea to enjoy!

I love that this kettle has different settings to heat the water & it keep it it that temp while it's plugged in. The 3 ways to despise it is greatl the only complaint it that it doesn't have an On/Off switch to cut it off when you want to cut it off or on. The fact that you have to unplug it makes it a pain, so I purchased a switch from Home Depot ro plug it into to have a switch, other than that, it's great.

We bought this for our church lobby due to the popularity of hot cocoa and tea during the winter months. We like the easy instructions and the option of a manual pump or the disperse button. It takes a little bit to heat up the water, so give yourself time to heat it up to the desired temperature. We highly recommend it.
