Defective lift

I purchased this transmission jack for.my shop it works fine but is defective it goes up no problem but it don't want to come back down I can't just ship it back to company so I'm stuck with it and the pad to pump up is very slippery

well worth the money, but there is only one way to adjust the platform. you can’t adjust it both ways. other than that it’s great!

Easy to assemble but it is heavy. Works as it should and very stable and maneuverable. The telescoping cylinder is nice in that the jack doesn’t take up as much room when not in use, downside is it does make the handle a little low when in use.
