Pete the 3/4 square in both sides of the socket are for square inner nuts on budd wheels

Good value especially for the money, I’ve beat mine pretty hard ,sometimes even with the old swing press (8lb sledge on a 19” handle) held up well for pretty regular use as a heavy equipment mechanic. Some of the sizes are a bit difficult to read when dirty or lower light conditions. And I’m thinking they will wear off if they get much rubbing in a tight clearance.But I’ve been pleased with them.

Socket are good quality and fitment. I purchased for on site heavy equipment repair. As far no cracks or striped socket. Fast shipping.
