I bought this machine and it came with a broken bobbin winder. The company was so good to work with me. They sent me a whole new machine. Really, I would have got the part for $20 from Sewing Parts. YouTube had excellent instructions on putting it together. It is worth it's weight in gold! Works really great on sewing patches on leather jackets, heavy jeans, and it was the only machine that would sew through a fabric that would gunk up my needles and causing skipping on all my other sewing machines. I am very happy with it. If you have problems with it going at first, just turn the wheel and after a while, it will work well.

Customer service is quick to respond. Be aware this comes in three packages. My only wish would be that it comes with better assembly instructions or an online instruction video. This is something they can easily add to it. Once I had it assembled, the machine is awesome. Talk about fast....... This thing moves, but thankfully speed can be adjusted by the push of a button. Also, order the oil for it now, as it doesn't come with any. My four star rating is only because of the need for better assembly instructions.

Pros: This machine is a great deal at the asking price. Works perfectly. Just as good as a Juki DDL-5550 lockstitch. Servo motor.Cons: Like a Juki DDL-550 lockstitch knockoff. Poor instructions. No warrenty. Shipping packaging is not durable. Comes with one foot. Not a walking foot machine. China. Weird, mispelled, difficult to understand instructions are basically an exploded schematic diagram that if you are not familiar with you will need a technition to help assemble and fine tune this machine. Have never heard of Vevor brand.Overall if you are trying to save money and want a fine working machine with no technical support get this. Any machine is going to require assembly. Assemby is similar for most of these lockstitch machines. I am satisifyed.

It’s exactly what I needed and it has exceeded my expectations: fast, very powerful, and easy to operate. Love it!

Machine works perfect. The only problem I had was the assembly, but I was able to figure it out. Its almost as the juki 8700 except for the servo motor.

This machine is well worth the value, however it is very challenging, the directions are in Chinese, and if you are not a professional you will be challenged putting it together.
