I plugged it in, turned it on, and haven't turned it off yet. It's heating a pretty big area and not making it comfy warm, but it does knock the chill out which is exactly what I wanted. The thermostat works great and it's very quiet.

Very happy with the product. It really does a great job in small-medium sized rooms. The thermostat works as it should, set it and forget it. It's a game changer saving our family $$ on propane heating this year!

At the end of the day it's an infrared heater, and while it may not be the best option for heating up an entire room, it truly excels at warming up anything directly in front of it. If you mount it a reasonable distance away, you'll find it creates a pleasantly toasty environment for a small area. It's perfect for quick warmth when you need it the most!

Got this for my mancave shed that is really a 3-season shed but this heater now makes it a 4-season shed. This puts out a lot more heat than my old heater. Has 3 settings and a remote control. Even has tip-over protection. This this has some warmth! One of the strongest electric heaters I've experienced. Anxious to use it regularly this winter and not freeze out in my shed.

I ordered this heater so we could enjoy our back porch in the winter. It works great. I have just ordered two vertical infrared heaters to complement this horizontal heater.

Very disappointed with the quality for two reasons. First, the kit was short half the base. Second, the swivel setting didn't work properly. But my final comment is reserved for the purported safety guard. It in itself is completely unsafe. If the swivel worked properly, and an object got in its way, the guard could cause a tip over. I purchased this for a friend and had to recommend she not use it.

I am caregiver for my 91 year old mother and she didn't like to take showers because she is always cold. After installing this heater in the bathroom, she doesn't mind taking showers. Perfect solution!!

This is radiant heat. That means you pretty much have to be right in front of it to benefit from the heat but if you are in front of it, it does pretty good. Easy to install and operate. Nicely built. Remote control is really handy.
