Pretty much sucks. When I bought it, the requirements for wire gauge & breakers was listed lower on the website/manual, but upon delivery, the included instructions required MORE. I went w higher requirement but it caused a lot more work and pain. The unit does not provide continuous hot water. It gets really hot at first then randomly, maybe 30 seconds, maybe 5 minutes, gets cold. Then it never heats again until I turn the water completely off and back on. What a freaking pita. I'm overall disappointed w most of my vendor purchases and have tried to refrain from buying anything complicated or expensive. Even non complicated stuff like the chicken coop just sucks. And they never post negative reviews. Gth vevor.

If,only I had known how how much this heater made life better I'd would ordered one years ago.Could not ask for better shipping and so welled packaged,thanks again.

These are great. Better than the name brands. Less problems easier hookup. Last longer. Waiting on numerous more to be delivered. Replacing out the Foggati brands which are much more expensive and not near the dependability. Besides vevor has much better customer service.

Great for the money. But, check size of Kw before purchasing to make sure it works in your house. I bought one that was too big but going to downgrade to the smaller one

Great heater live in a RV full time they have really small water heaters ran new electrical system to RV and hooked the unit up does great super fast hot water and plenty of it . Keeps family of 4 Happy!

Thank you so much it's a beautiful day when is it going to be enough characters I hope that you would change this feature in your reviews because some people don't have a lot to say and typically a person only has a short amount of commenting. So now I have to start making stuff up and you're and reviewers are reading stupid stuff that has nothing to do with the product that I purchased

At first this was quite the difficult install considering what the instructions was asking for, however I was able to find a work around that still meets normal safety standards and so far the heater has been working fantastic. The fact that I can continuously run a shower and have much less energy usage is just truly a breeze to my wallet, thank you vevor for not being sketchy, now I just wish I could get free stuff from you guys because my wallet is not big enough for the amount of cool stuff you have!

Great product ,not a cheap material .I try to buy everything I need from Vevor, so far everything has matched my expectations including the Price.
