So excited to get this product only to be disappointed. One of the three latched does not go on tight and lid pops off The bottom has a small hole that’s allegedly for the insulation to vent which I’ve never personally seen before but the insulation comes out like a powder sometimes from there. Would not recommend getting this

This is the second one I bought. The first one I donated to the non-profit I work for as I make hot cocoa for the organization which is large enough to supply them without having to make several carafes.

Bought for my daughter’s ice skating party for hot chocolate and it worked amazingly! You MUST PREP with hot water for at least 15 minutes before putting your hot beverage in. Kept it hot 6+ hours. Easy to clean and did not leak while driving to party.

Great value and quality. It arrived super fast and they included an extra latch assembly at no extra charge.

Four hours later we took the lid off and steam came out of it. Kept hot chocolate very hot at a parade. Lid fits super tight!!

Excellent product keeps hot products hot for hours. I have used outdoor for coffee with outdoor temperature of 30 degrees Fahrenheit, great product at excellent price.

We have really put this one through the test and it has held up. I was worried when I used it the first time that our hot cocoa lost temperature too easily. However, I took the week to test it and realized that it really does need to be preheated to be able to get the best functionality out of it. We now fill ours with hot water 1 hour before we need to fill it. We put the lid on it and let it set. Then we dump out the water and put in our hot beverages and they stay hot for several hours. Probably like 6 to 7 hours maybe even 8. Great functionality. Works like a charm. We haven't had it that long so I can't say anything about durability over the long term. We have had no leakage and the seal that goes around the edge of the top is very secure. I don't think it holds a entire 5 gallons. I would say it's more like four and a third gallons. It's still worth it though. We just use the shower attachment in our tub to clean it out with soap and a brush. We have had no problems keeping it clean. We are so glad that we made this investment.

Hold heat for hours. Stainless lining makes cleaning easy. Solid locking lid for easy transport without spilling.

Overall a great product that does what it is specified to do. The insulated sides do a good job of keeping the beverages warm. My only qualm is that the top does not stay on to prevent leaks. It turned on its side and immediately started leaking. It doesn't seem to be able to close tight enough. Other then that I like it.

If you're looking for a transportable, round, insulated stainless steel dispenser for hot water, this is for you. You should prep it with hot water first, before adding your hot beverage - it will last longer. We use it for hot cider, outdoors at a 3-hour evening function in the fall and it works perfectly. The locking lid and handles make it easy to transport by one or two people. I wish the spout could be removed to avoid possible damage when stored.
