This machine was life-changing for me. It is not an end all be all cure, however it keeps me aligned and I feel about 1/4 of the pain I had before purchasing the unit. I know that if I am experiencing pain, I can get on this and it will immediately take the pain away and stretches out my aching muscles. This has allowed me to remain drug free. We have a large property and I need to be able to perform hard work and maintain mobility. I am 57 and have suffered with severe back pain for years. The very first time I used the machine, afterwards I felt 2" taller as I had been hunching over in my daily life. It stretches your upper as well as your lower back in places that are hard to stretch/flex by just doing excercises.I highly recommend this product!

The directions were reasonably easy to follow. It took me a few hours over three nights. I've had about 15 sessions. I feel very secure on it . getting the right height adjustment is a trial and error experience and I think I am close. if not already there. I have moderate stenosis and bent over a bit. I'm not sure if I feel any less discomfort after using the table, but I generally feel more flexible some time after each session. My hope is that continual use will retard the effects of the stenosis and that at least my soreness and being bent won['t get worse.

Have been using this for two weeks twice a day, and already feel a relief in my lower back which I've feeling like stiff for years. I knew I needed to stretch some how but never knew about this sort of machines.Materials look and feel solid, and it feels secure to use, will update on my progress.

I have had pains in my lower back since a while, no exact reason known. I had MRT done several times which reveal only pelvic misalignment as a possible root cause. I was prescribed with some exercise machines sessions in different spine centers, which always had only a temporary effect. Finally I decided to order this table as a last resort. So far so good. The assembly was easy and fast. The build quality is good. I feel comfortable on the table.

I rarely write reviews, but I’m really impressed with the quality, packaging, and assembly of this item. I considered going with a couple of pricier options, but glad I didn’t. This one seems more than adequate for my size - 6ft 200 pounds. Assembly was incredibly well laid out, with clear instructions in perfect English. No whether inversion actually helps my back is yet to be determined

I believe this is the first product review I have ever written, but I felt compelled to. I am 61 years old, 6'2" and 230 lbs. I have suffered from chronic back pain for years. I do my own yard work, I sail frequently, basically I'm quite active. For the past few years I knew that after an active day, I was going to be on the heating pad that night. NO MORE! Santa Claus brought us one of these for Christmas. I started out on the least incline for a few weeks, now I am at the second notch . I have not thought about my back for weeks now. I hang myself 2 times per day now for only about 2 minutes. I feel like a totally different person. I highly recommend!

I was told by my chiropractor to get a basic inversion table and so I ordered this one it was affordable and when it came it was easy to put together. I’ve been using it for a while now several times a day and it’s great! Good product.

Using this table daily saved me from a second spine surgery (herniated disks, lumber fusion). After inverting, come to 90 degrees for a few minutes first to allow blood flow from your head to return to your body. Worth a try if you have back pain!
