The perfect addition to our front steps to not only accommodate myself but also to accommodate visitors to our home.

Railing is excellent owned it for a year now. Hardware and bracketing to install is also excellent hasn’t come loose throughout Michigan winter buying another one today for the other walkway.

Very good product for my application. Good price and delivery was very quick. VERY disappointed in literature, dimensions and technical support. Dimensions don't add up, two views of same component and two different dimensions. Chat and technical help was clueless-never did provide the right information and when delivered the product was different than shown. This caused me to modify some of the posts. Fortunately I have tools and knowledge, but it still a pain. Packaging was excellent with bands, Styrofoam and the correct number of parts, screws and wrenches.

Wanted a hand rail that we could grab when the porch is icy. These certainly fill the need. Easy to put together and easy to install with the right tools.

Rail works pretty good for a bolt together. It was a quick fix for a much needed rail for assistance getting up the stairs.

Easy to assembly and install. Seems to be of good quality materials. Arrived in good packaging and in good shape.

With "old age" creaping upon us all, I installed a new front porch tearing out the concrete block and poured top stoop (6'x10')for large decorative outside blocks and smaller inside squares and 3 steps from the ground.I noticed as friends were exiting the house, some would turn slightly sideways and step down one step at a time so adding this railing created safety from accidental mishaps. The most difficult part of the install was drilling the holes for the support plates. I found (because of the aggregate in the solid blocks) that drilling a small hole first with a spade shaped bit, then finishing with the included concrete bit , helped. The anchors in the kit held very well and most of the rail kit is metal. My only complaint was the surface coating on one part had a spotty paint coating and was shorted one nut/bolt combo which I got from a local big box store. Otherwise the installation was very adjustable to adapt to my porch design and I'm happy with the looks

Ordering and shipping were fine. Quality of the install materials not so great. The drill bit included to mount on concrete would not fit my SDS drill (square shank instead of round), and it was the wrong size. I got a same sized bit for my drill, but the hole was too small for the included anchors to fit. I had to get “another” larger bit in order to insert the anchors. After that, installation went okay. One other negative…only been up for a week, and the assembly nuts/bolts are already showing rust. Once it was finally installed, it looks nice and seems to be very sturdy.
