Very good quality and simple to install. Sturdy design and looks great. Hand rail came a week after order was placed. All hard as included for installation on wood or cement.

Railing is strong and gives a nice look to the front of the house. Installation was not challenging. Plan on purchasing extra drill bits and be patient when drilling. Got estimates from professional installers. The lowest of these was 10 times what I paid for my railings. This was a great DIY project with outstanding result.

Very heavy duty ,used on my back porch. Looks great but order correct length, not a lot of wiggle room.

This is a great product overall, i needed a handrail for my home for my mother, she struggles to use the steps on the porch, i have 2,steps with slightly different heights between them, and this piece takes all the guessing, measuring and other things away from you, installation is a breeze to be honest, and it worked perfectly for what i needed, if i can make only one suggestion to make this product even better, could be something to make the brace between posts not to move after installed, idk, maybe some rubber washer or something. But is not critical or important, im just picky, but i gave this product a 10/10.

Very sturdy design. Easy to build and nice directions. Wish it would have came with a regular masonry bit.

Easy to setup and sturdy. Also pretty forgiving if your surfaces aren't plumb. My only gripe is that the end caps for the lower cross beam didn't even come close to fitting. There was 3-4 mm of wiggle room which meant no amount of tightening would secure that beam (just rattled around). I had to 3d print inserts to take up that space.

Fairly easy to install. Plan on ordering another to match. Very good quality Did not have any issues at all. Highly recommend
