It took a while to put together, and it is definitely helpful to have someone to help (like when it need to be flipped over and when it’s time to attach the doors), but 1 person can do it for sure. It’s absolutely gorgeous and serves its purpose well! I’ve already started using it for Thanksgiving prep! Moves so easily and fits perfectly where I needed it to go. I have the tiniest kitchen so this beautiful rolling island is helping me so so much!!!

Expect to spend 3 hours or so assembling it. Directions are great and easy to follow. Would have gave 5 stars but one of the piece of wood was chipped. Not enough to worry about but it is there. It is sturdy and she loves how it does not move when rolling out her sour dough. I would recommend it.

Well made and packaged. Exactly as pictured and described. The instructions were thorough and assembly was fairly straight forward.

I put this island together by myself in about 3 hours. Instructions were clear, and all the bits were labeled. I am notorious for putting things together wrong, and having to go back and disassemble to correct my mistakes - I only did that once on this build, and it was an easy fix. Finished piece looks really nice, feels sturdy, and is generally much higher quality than I would have expected for the price. I'm REALLY happy with it, and would recommend it.

When I ordered this island, I hoped it would look like the picture when my husband put it together. It did!! Not only was this easy for my husband to assemble (he said to mention that if you are familiar with putting Ikea furniture together and are good at it, this should be pretty easy for you), but they arrived in excellent condition!! The finished product is beautiful and it holds my pots and pans and silverware and more!! There are locks on the wheels that lock it in place so the island doesn’t wheel around when you use it but if you want, you can easily move it. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this item!!
