The packaging was a little bruised, but the machine was well protected and came quickly. I have used it and it works great. I love it for my large lamination jobs.

Great cold laminator that works exactly how I expected! I use it to apply 18x24 sheets of printed vinyl onto corrugated polypropylene sign boards to create yard signs.

Unit has a metal case with removable top cover, forward / backward switch, hot / cold switch, temp control dial, analog temp gauge & ready / power indicators. This is a heavy duty machine suitable for home / office and limited industrial use in some small shops and industries. I have used mine for laminating some Certificates and many credit / business size cards. Never had a jam. I did remove the entire cover to check out the build quality - very well made & fans can be added if you like DIY electronic projects. The photo I included shows a laminated parts chart for a laminator that might be this exact model with a different Brand tag. Videos for troubleshooting problems and repair of this unit (that is what I was searching for) can be found on tube sites, mostly in Asian languages.It does produce some heat (not a bad thing if kids are not around). This would be a super value if it had some sort of sheet holder or feeder for good alignment but they are not common at all on most consumer laminators. Note: I bought my unit before I found that Amazon was selling it.

The wheel is plastic and that was very disappointing as that is clearly metal in the photo. Mine was damaged in shipping but the customer service was very good! They were quick to respond and make right. I would recommend the product!
