Got this for a fairly large deck project, I am a diy guy not a pro; this thing will likely be used a few times a year to layout larger projects and shoot transit lines on walls and fences. That said, this tool is a good deal for the money. It is too dim to be of much use during the day outdoors, but if you can do your layout when the light is low it works great Haven’t played with the features much, it seems like most low-priced import versions of more expensive tools. For a couple hundred bucks I now have a layout laser good enough for the few acres I have to work, as long as I can wait until sunset 😂

This thing works great and for the price you can't beat it. I bought it to just try. I've used all of the big brand names before and this has done just as good as they have so far. Over all I'm very happy with it.

We buy VEVOR tools/products and thus far never had issues. Until now. This laser is rated 2000ft; however, it is barely visible on a cloudy day at 40ft. It has a receiver but it takes a long time to make it work since you are guessing where the laser beam is, then when/if you finally get it the tolerance is almost 1/4" on a very short distance, which is a lot, let alone 500ft or more. We have Milwaukee and Bosch lasers with and without receivers and both are much brighter than this laser. We have been working with customer service for almost two weeks now trying to get a return label and refund and still cannot get support. I trust they will read this and honor their return policy.

it will no longer auto level on the second power up. i checked the surface to make sure it's level and the laser still just drifts to one corner and the out of level light starts blinking.

Well, I'm happy! I was hesitant to purchase precision tools like this one. However, VEVOR has not disappointed before, so I took the plunge and do not regret it. I have used other named levels from a rental place and borrowed from friends. This is just as easy to use and intuitive. The item combined with the tripod from VEVOR is the wining combo. Both made durable and good quality. I also appreciate the safety glasses. Thanks VEVOR! This item Laser level 2000ft is BBFB recommended.

As a basic use laser transit, this meets the needs. Has all the goodies, but some aspects are slightly less expensive, but all the basic functions are here. Sturdily built, decent design, worth the price of you don't need one that handles everyday use. The biggest con is disassemblely required to change out rechargable batteries. But seems to be fully functional at a fraction of the price, recommended. UPDATE: 6 months in, laser paid for itself on the first job, everything still functions perfectly, biggest con is the case it comes in, looks like a piece of luggage...🙄 Highly recommended, even for the twice the price !! .

This is an incredible Lazer level for the price but trying to find a proper tri-pod for it is hard to do.

Purchased this for leveling and adding a retaining wall. This level was just what I needed and would recommend this to a any job site or DIY project
