Good roller. Being converted to a cultipacker It is being adapted to be pulled by a ATV. If there would be a cultipacker I would had opted for that

This is a great tool for rolling out and compressing sod. It’s lightweight and easy to handle when it’s empty and easy to empty when you’re finished with it. Just fill it with water and start rolling. And you can control the weight by varying the amount of water. I am re-sodding the lawn by myself. At my age I can do about a pallet a day. And then I need a day off in between. So buying a lawn roller made far more sense than renting one from the local big box store, repeatedly. And when I’m done with the lawn, I’ll probably sell it for most of what I paid for it Because it’s durable and I’m sure it held most of its value

Assembly is not difficulty, but you do need to be a little mechanically inclined. And it helps to put something on either side of the roller during assembly, so it stays in one place. The QR code link to the assembly video is helpful. The product itself seems sturdy and works pretty well. I'm pushing/pulling it (not towing), and was surprised that even when completely full and maneuvering it on a hill, it wasn't hard to manage. Certainly not without any effort at all, but easier than I expected. Some of the top soil dressing I had put on the lawn washed away in a storm before I had a chance to roll it. After rolling, several storms have come through and area remains flat (even without having re-seeded it yet).

My wife bought this product for me as a birthday gift and I like it a lot. I think it’s a great product for those that are serious about their yards. I like to use it a few times a year to keep my ground flat and easier to push mow. I do alot in the back yard where the kids play more. You can tell the difference.

This roller only took about a half hour to put together and the directions and parts breakdown or easy to understand. I used it for the first time today and it was very sturdy and maneuvered easily with a full load of water in it. It did a good job of flattening the soil as I’m getting ready to plant seed in the near future. I believe if you take care of this and follow the directions of storing it off the ground, The drum will last a long time through many future projects. This is definitely a high-quality roller.
