Do yourself a favor and stay away from this machine. It never worked from the start and although customer support was quick to respond, they were no help at all. They requested video and photo and here I am still with a machine that never worked from the beginning.

I bought this unit to bottle honey because it was cheap (first clue). It ran good for a few days and then stopped pumping. I contacted them on chat, no phone number (second clue) to help me as it's under warranty. They wanted me to send pictures and VIDEO of the unit not working (3rd clue). I sent the pictures and waited.........nothing. Contacted them again on chat the next day, no help, they kept ending the chat. After going thru 3 different people on chat it's obvious they are not going to honor their warranty. Life's short, buy from an American supplier.

Does not measure fluid. Only measures time and rate. does now work to bottle wine. ...................

My overall message here is stay away- this device promised to let me "dial in" the amount of liquid I wanted filled and then dispense that over and over into multiple jugs. Unfortunately, that isn't accurate. Instead, it just has a timer that tells the pump how long to run. Because it doesn't reset the pump to the same starting position there is considerable variability in how much liquid is dispensed each time. This means that even if you set the fill to be right to the brim of your bottle, the next time it runs it might be 1/2" below the brim and the following time it'll run over onto your counter. And I did 23 emails back and forth with customer service- they suggested slowing it down (no luck) then speeding it up (nope) then adjusting the time (how do you do that when it isn't consistent from cycle to cycle). Finally they offered me a pittance of a refund (about 1/3 what I paid). Thank goodness I bought with paypal because they were able to get me a full refund. So, despite previous good experiences with Vevor products, this one is a miss by them and they aren't really willing to stand behind it. Buy with caution

The motherboards for these units are defective. I have bought three of them and two of them required a motherboard replacement. Plus, I had to solder the wires myself. This was a huge problem for us.

This is really kind of intimidating right out of the box. But it's actually really simple once you just focus for a few minutes. It's accurate, easy to use, and seems like it will last.

This is such a GREAT product. Cut down my bottle filling time by at least 10 times. The weight feature can be a little touchy at times, but the time saving factor makes up for it. LOVE IT!!!!

Such a game changer for making jiuce!

Living in the usa makes it a little difficult to use grams instead of lbs. It would be nice if you could change the setting for the country that you live in. The instructions was a little vague. Also it would be nice if there was replacement parts in case something went bad. All in All im pretty happy with the product.It definitely beats out the price of other products that costs over $500.00

This Honey Bottler is great!!!! I have the pneumatic bottler from VEVOR as well, and it's great, but for switching bottle sizes, it takes a lot more set up. However, this bottle filler is fast at switching from one size to another. It holds 4 presets for different bottle sizes, so you can switch instantly between them. Also, if you want to do a special size, it's just a matter of keying in the weight in grams and filling however many bottles of that size that you need to fill. I would like to put a barbed hose fitting on a bottling tank so I can just connect the hose to the fitting as opposed to having it actually in the bucket. If you're looking for a bottling machine for honey or anything similar, this is a great option.
