Amazing mag drill!
This mag drill is definitely worth the money, great customer service when I had questions and the magnet on this thing is extremely strong definitely worth the buy.

Stopped working after 4 small holes
I drilled 4 small 16mm holes only 6mm thick metal and on the 4th hole the drill stopped & does not turn on anymore. I'm contacting customer service for a warranty replacement. Not too certain if this is a good product.

Great value for the quality of the tool. It could have a case to keep things organized. Also, the user manual could be a little more detailed.

Great drill for the price only thing I wish it did was not turn on when u hit the magnet button if u forgot the on switch on. The hougens don't do that.

I would have got one of these years ago.
This is very easy to use. The speed control works very well. The accessories are adequate. Build quality is adequate. I do not need to get a conventional drill press.

Love this tool
I bought this mag drill taking a chance on the brand and the price point, I couldn’t be more impressed with the tool quality, and I have found so many ways to use it, the assortment of features and accessories are very high quality. I highly recommend

VEVOR Magnetic Drill, 1450W
I am not to impressed with this mag drill and understand why it was on clearance. When I first plugged it in and turned it on the mag is not very strong. It held to my welding table but I was easily able to push it over (side to side) front to back (where the drill would be exerting upward force it held ok). I would be Leary on doing any upside down drilling or horizontal drilling without a ratchet strap around the drill to hold it in place for safety. Now on to actually ruining the drill motor, turned the motor on and turned the speed control knob and bits of plastic flew out of the fan slot but it did run, doesn't sound the smoothest but the variable speed control works. I regret that I did not do an unboxing video but other projects have higher priority, hopefully this drill can make it through 16- 3/4" holes in 1/2" thick I beam

mostly good
OK, so if you've never had a mag drill before, this will be a game changer. As people often do in these reviews, they list the pro's and con's, so here goes: Pro's: inexpensive strong enough well packaged adjustable throw (length of up and down) Reversible and speed control (nice) does what it is supposed to do complaints about shank (not weldon) had them sending me an adapter (for free, 3 weeks to get directly from China) so that I can use my existing bits Con's: bits included suck; even flooding with cutting oil might get you 10 holes. (HSS, not carbide) Metric annular bits: what's up with that? Universal shank as opposed to Weldon, so if you already own bits, they will not fit this machine without an adapter ($80.) short throw (up and down), so that if you were using the Jacob's type chuck, adapter and (included) drill chuck, you might not be able to drill through 4" square tubing (unlikely) Entry level machine; just enough 'oomph' to do the job but its limitations will start to appear pretty quickly. With all of this said, it's worth the $230. I paid for it and it will get used. It is def not worth $300, so don't do that...
