**UPDATE**I received my replacement machine a couple of weeks ago and I haven't gotten to post an update till now. The machine came without any defective parts. It came perfectly fine. The package looks a bit better than the original order I recieve. I have attached a video of me opening the package (ignore the background noises; I was frying some food lol). It came with all the materials that you need for the machine and etc. It was just such a shame that my original order was messed up, otherwise I'd give this a 5 star rating. The machine does work without a problem. Setting it up was a bit difficult since the instructions that they give are just pictures and its confusing. Though, you can look up videos on youtube that will help guide you on setting up the machine. It made it so much easier to visiually see it set up. Also, this machine requires you to manaually put the sealer on which is most likely why this is cheaper than other ones you see on amazon. Though, manually pushing the lever down and moving the plastic into the other roll isn't that annoying.---‐-----‐----------------------------------------ORIGINAL POST:I received this order today through UPS and when I opened it, the power cable cord was already cut into two parts. I don't understand why we received a defective item especially since it didn't look brand new. It was shipped in a bad quality box because it was clearly kind of beaten up and did not look durable. I made a return ticket and picked to get a replacement because of my mom. Hopefully, the replacement machine won't be defective or used. If it is, I better get a refund. As of right now, I really want to give this seller a 0 stars because of the defective item. The machine was almost 100 bucks and I can't believe that the machine's power cable cord was cut into two pieces. Like why would someone do that?
