Manual winch stacker
Missing parts and cardboard box was not strong enough to hold so came torn up. Customer service helpful and provided discount when unable to provide parts. Was able to get to work by Redrilling some holes and adding some parts to replace missing ones.

It's Huge and heavy. But really good.
It would be perfect for a small business with a smallish concrete warehouse floor who needs to lift a few things up and down from shelves. It's strong enough to lift 800 or 900 pounds of product easily. Small to help it get around a small, tight warehouse easily. On the other hand it's a bit of a monster for trying to carry with you into a customer's office or navigate steps, etc. It weighs 173 pounds and it's too big for most one-person doorways. I'm a one-man business but I'm getting older, and lifting heavy medical equipment to take it out and service it is getting harder. For what they designed this lift for, it's magnificent. I'm actually putting mine into our fabrication shop and making it 20\" shorter, lowering the top handles and wheels, shortening the coaster wheel bars, making some mods so it will fit my needs. But around your warehouse, don't hesitate, she's a real beauty and she'll save your back right out of the box. There are no real instructions, so you'll need to use the photos on the box and online for reference. But she's worth it! She's rugged, and she'll last a long time. Five stars and then some.

The lift is great. Works great. The only problem was not all the hardware was included and there was no instructions.

Great Brand. And this lift not disappointed. Husband has used so many times working in maintances. This is great for moving heavy and large items. Easy to use. Does need space to store away. This is a great tool to have.

A good product.
The first one came with rust on it and badly scratched up from the shipping. They did replace it. My biggest problem was that it came with no instructions for assembly, no warranty and no operation manual. When I messaged them for the 3rd time for a link to assemble it, they sent the wrong link. After I figured it out, it worked great for what we needed. The product does what it is suppose to do when you get it together and functioning. Very sturdy and easy to operate after just a few times of practice. It makes the heavy lifting easy. The only functional problem is that the top wheels had to be removed to use the winch without hitting your hand.

About what I expected
The overall construction seems sturdy but the devil is in the details. The reason I bought this was the range of lift. Any scissors lift that could get down to 6.75” off the ground (4.7” is BS) and up to 57” (if true) would cost much more than $550. But…as with most non-domestic mechanical items, you’d better be prepared to make adjustments/modifications to get it to work as promised. So if you’re not mechanically inclined, look out. Check all bolted connections. Some were intentionally loose because they had to be removed for final assembly (aluminum parts) but others should have been tight (winch-to-frame). One small red wheel was missing a spacer washer and the insert collar to prevent over tightening the wheel, was deformed on one end. The aluminum parts (u should file the razor sharp edges to avoid cuts) must be removed from the lift carriage to slide it into the frame. My unit binds at two locations along its range, which makes the platform tilt a bit at each. I have not figured out the cause yet nor if I can fix it. It “may” break in and be fine. I can live with it if necessary. One design flaw… the unit has four red wheels that allow it to work in a horizontal orientation, but the crank handle will contact the floor before the small red wheels. I removed the black plastic handle, cut off the smallest segment, shortened the bolt and reassembled. If while vertical, the crank handle is left closest (down) to the big wheels before laying the unit down horizontally, the handle will not hit the floor. Not so if oriented up. Winding of the cable is another whole issue that you’ll have to deal with. Wheels are of high quality. I did not receive any instructions what-so-ever. But if u need instructions, u are already in trouble. Assembly should be obvious. Over all, I am so far happy with the purchase. Good luck.
