We really enjoy this product. The quality is great for the cost. The adjustable strap is excellent. The pillow has a really good foam inside so it is stable and supported my weight of 200 lbs, it is not inflatable. It has a great cover that is super soft, and removable via zipper in case it gets dirty and needs to be washed. It's super soft and durable.

I've only had the chair a couple of months and already feel like i got my money's worth. Good quality and very comfortable.

The chair is easy to use and has settings for multiple settings for all.

I was skeptical at first in ordering such a large item without first physically trying it out. I did some research on the chair and brand and all of the reviews were outstanding so I decided to take a leap of faith. AND I am so glad I did!!! This chair is everything and more! It came in one piece and all that had to be assembled was the touch screen on the right arm of the chair. I have major low back issues and this chair relaxes me so well that I am able to sleep all night. No regrets on this purchase! I highly recommend!!
