I was skeptical at first in ordering such a large item without first physically trying it out. I did some research on the chair and brand and all of the reviews were outstanding so I decided to take a leap of faith. AND I am so glad I did!!! This chair is everything and more! It came in one piece and all that had to be assembled was the touch screen on the right arm of the chair. I have major low back issues and this chair relaxes me so well that I am able to sleep all night. No regrets on this purchase! I highly recommend!!
