Great massage chair for the price. Have had for over a year and still going strong and we have used a lot! Def recommend! Best deal for Buck and a lot of features! Customized too!

upon powering on it goes directly to \"full body massage\", no \"body scan or beep( doesn't seem to have up/down buttons as suggested in manual) so can't seem to adjust for different heights, but appears to operate as intended otherwise , Ignore the shipping information (estimated and delivery \"suggestions\") . I ordered on the 1st was estimated to be delivered by the 9th but even though it showed \"delivery arranged\"( no one had contacted me about delivery) and when I contacted them the shipper didn't even have it yet ( Amazon had no clue as to when it would be delivered as they had assured me it would be there by the end of the business day when I reached out to them on the 9th ) I was finally contacted the 13th by the \"local \"service and they said they would contact me when they were in receipt of it and expected it to be the first part of the following week , I contacted them again on the 20th and it was finally delivered the 23rd

Excellent chair for the $$$!! Great comfort, well designed, and worth it! Took me less than 10 mins to remove it from the box to the wall outlet.

Great chair, several options to to select for your area you want to get more massaging in My wife and I use the chair at least once a day. Great to start the day or after a long day fishing or yard work

Great buy@ $625 includes tax. Delivery company, CEVA, was terrible! Just left this big arse box sitting at the gate at the end of our 200 yard driveway with my 61 yo Bride standing there BEGGING and pleading with two big delivery men. Was supposed to be an inside delivery.

I only have 1 issue with this massage hair. But it is so amazing, I still give it 5 stars. The only issue I see, and I can't believe it doesn't have this feature, is, the display screen menu icons do not light up for the user to see. Unless you use the chair in a well lighted room, you need to either use a flashlight to see the menu buttons or memorize which button does each function. I'm still hoping there's a way to light up the keypad, but I just haven't figured it out yet. But I doubt it. Other than that, I don't know how I've gone so long without a massage chair after using it for a few days. I was going to get a cheaper one, but a friend of mine, who's very knowledgeable about massage chairs, informed me that all the ones I was considering did not have the roller tracks that go all the way down below the buttocks. They only travel to the lower back. He found this one for me that does massage below the waist. Every other one he found that does that was much more expensive. After it arrived, he came over to check it out and gave it a very positive review (other than the lack of lighted menu icons on the display).
