This item is not too and light weight. It came with extra knife, tray and towel, ready to use, easy to clean and save my time. I started with Frozen Beef for my jerky. It's well done. Thanks

Perfect size and abilities for occasional home use

We bought this because we purchase large chunks of cold cuts monthly but wanted something to Slice them up to our liking, besides doing it by hand with a knife. For the price this is an excellent slicer and a small enough platform that it doesn't take up too much room in the cupboards. Love it

Lightweight, works great, and easy to clean!

I almost did not buy this slicer based on reviews, perhaps elsewhere, that said you had to have tools to remove the blade by removing all three screws. That is not true. The blade can be easily removed by turning the vertical tab at the center of the blade clockwise and then pulling off. Replace blade by doing this in reverse, then, turning vertical tab counter clockwise to lock in place. This is my first slicer, so I don’t have anything to compare it to, but I love it, it will save me a lot of time slicing meat.

Simply amazing!

Bought this unit after returning a cheaper one, that did not "cut it" for us. Although this will never pay for itself in our household, it was well worth buying for the pleasure of using it when we need it. Would buy again
