Slices paper thin and thinner. If you like chip-chopped or slices so thin that you can't pull off just one slice then this is the slicer for you. A little difficult to clean behind the blade, other than that easy to clean. Photos are of hard salami and that is not as thin as it will go.

Easy to clean and use

I am very impressed with how quite, sturdy and well tuned knife. It has its sharpening stones installed so no worries about how to sharpen it. I used unfrozen beef to slide like jerk meet. Result was stoning.

This item works just as well as the ones I used in the commercial kitchens. Maybe even better since this is for home use.

All around us is the best one I've ever had so far Little pricey but way cheaper than the professional grade It seems to be built well not flimsy. But I've only cut meat with it so far.

This thing is a joy to use and slices roast beef paper thin, thinner than I expected. Love it and hope it lasts for years. Tech support was very helpful as well when I asked a question about the sharpening stones. Highly recommended.

Out of the box, it took some minor assembly. Very easy to do with user manual directions. Once assembled, we tested it with various items. It sliced fresh bread with ease. Smoked a pork loin for "Canadian bacon". Again... perfect slices. Dialed down to the thinnest setting for a ham which is great for deli sliced ham sandwiches. I am ready to buy some beef and slice it thin for jerky! It is so quiet when operating. Heavy duty, will last the rest of my lifetime!

Owned for about a month now, this slicer is a great addition to our kitchen. It's actually a good professional deli slicer. Probably overkill if you do not slice much, but we use it quite regularly. Roast beef, pork, chicken, you name it, slices with ease. No disappointment here. AAA+++

This meat slicer is not that difficult to clean or take apart. It is well worth the money and cuts very nicely.
