I really wanted a nice meat slicer ... but didn't want to pay the many hundreds of dollars association with them. Saw this product, the price was very right, so I took a chance. Thus far I have used to cut deli type meats, including prosciutto. It slices well, seems to have ample power and runs very quiet... as a deer hunter hoping to use for my venison jerky. I am very happy with my purchase ... and it's a lot of fun. My use is recreational and non-commercial .... I would highly recommend it to others. Good Job Vevor!

I've been looking for a 10" slicer for some time and this is a very nice one. it is well built with all you need to slice whatever you need to slice. I sliced some store-purchased ham and turkey and it did a great job not creating shrapnel while slicing very thin. Then I sous vide some tri-tip and after searing and cooling it, I sliced it and it came out beautiful! The slicer is very easy to clean; I wear some protective gloves before wiping it down due to the EXTREMELY sharp blade

This Slicer is very heavy duty, and well built. Shipping was fast and the slicer was packaged extremely secure. This is perfect for my small business. This is actually the best one I have owned.

received the 200W meat slicer today. It was very heavy, did not look like it was cheaply made. After initial cleaning I sliced 6-7 lbs of corned beef i had made. It seemed to a fine job, and had enough power for the job. Although the length of product being sliced is limited to about 8-10" I can work with that, since this is for home use. I liked the sharpening tool, after loosening knob, raising it and rotating 180 degrees, then lowering and tightening knob, the stones seemed to line up just fine with the blade. I will see how well they work when the blade needs sharpening, but it looks like they will work. cleanup required some disassembly, but that was expected to get it clean. Overall 2 thumbs up!

Bought as Christmas Gift for Daughter-n-Law. Will be able to rate after she has a chance to put it to work. I feel sure she will love it.

Great addition to the kitchen, we've sliced lunch meats, and shaved steak for cheese steaks. The quality and price was definitely the selling point for us. Would definitely recommend.
