Works great for the price i paid.Better then paying 2600 to 2800 for frymaster filter machine.Good quality machine i reccomend to everybody that looking for commercial use.

My new filter for my 60lb fryer arrived so quick, my maintenence and I assembled the filter machine in minutes. I was training staff how to use it very same day. This unit is thorough in cleaning debris and also easy to disassemble and wipe clean. I would highly recommend for the price, and ease of use.

Don't spend thousands more on one of the mainstream brands, this unit does the exact same job at a fraction of the cost. The included instructions are pretty worthless but the unit is easy to figure out. I've noticed a drastic improvement in the quality of my fry oil since purchasing this filter unit.

Best fryer ever!
After spending hours researching the right fryer we went with this one and are very happy with it. You really need to read the instructions so you operate it correctly but we've used this to make french fries and calamari so far, both came out delicious.
