The first time I tried using this carrier I didn't even leave the drive way before i noticed it was bending from the weight of my two dirt bikes. My bikes weight around 480 combined. I am trying to return this product as it is unsafe and Vevor is only wanting to give me a small partial refund. I asked for a full refund and they are not wanting to honor their product. I would have been okay accepting a partial refund if the product was delivered with some damage that didn't keep me from using the product but this carrier can't be trusted to take on the road.

I only used this rack once so far. The entire rack and straps package is pretty decent. The only complaint I have do far is that there isn't a metal loop to hook the straps when mounting the bike on the 1st position. It's missing one hold down point. The 2nd position has tie down points on both sides of the wheel tray. I looked online to see how others are tying down their bike in the 1st position, but haven't found any tips yet.

Solid and a bargain at this price point. This company also delivered this fairly large piece prepaid. A large truck arrived I was amazed. Thanks for superior service and quick turn around.

not good for e-bike . too big . didn't realize no center bar to separate bikes. modified to fit bikes but worried bikes would damage carif they moved. is sturdy and good quality so i may be able to use for something else too expensive to ship back

Excellent price, well made and delivered fast and free. The ramp is way to short but you can easily find longer ones online or make your own. I have made 2 trips involving highway and off highway miles and carrier is very stable when tied down correctly. I used a drop hitch to make mine easier to load by myself.

I just opened the box, i found that one of the rail has damaged and bent in corner. I want to return it or exchange it please.

I bought this heavy duty motorcycle carrier to carry two of my very heavy fat tire ebikes as my ebikes are about 85 pounds each and most mountain bike hitch mounted carriers will not handle that kind of weight. This bike carrier was made for light weight motorcycles, yet work great for my two heavy ebikes. This rack is well made and lighter than the steel ones and this one being made of heavy aluminum and will not rust. The addition of ratchet straps was a great plus. The carrier was easy to assemble and works really great.
