Overall I like the unit. One improvement would be a better control knob for temp & time. It works, but does not feel like quality. It is not a big deal, because when I set it, it seldom needs to be set differently.

I love that it is easy to use! Takes much less time on this tumbler press that my other smaller. It’s full size of tumblers whether 20oz. or 30oz.

I love my heat press. Made my job so much easier! Just wish that the timer started when the press was closed like my last one. Hoping I get used to pressing the button each time.

This unit is exactly what I ordered, it works great, heats up quickly, and presses well and evenly I like the controls.

This works perfect for my business. It's amazing an easy to use. I might purchase another. Now I am able to make awesome tumblers.

We use this machine exclusively for 20oz skinny tumblers. It does leave a very small gap but to close the gap we just turn the tumbler at the 50% time mark. This makes the image print transfer on the line that was exposed and leaves it virtually seamless. Nice machine. I love that it has the timer and temp built in vs having an additional part that sits to the side. Love this press!

I love this heat press. Is very sturdy and very easy to use. However the smell when heating up is very strong I have to use a mask or respirator. I was going to return it but I decided not because I really like it. I’m not sure what is the cause for the strong smell or if the machine needs to be replace but it will be very helpful if this issue Vevor can fix it.
