The unit does not work as well as needed I tried to get y’all to sell me new blanket for the unit and can’t get live customer service to help me out I’m not gonna send videos I’m not gonna try and repair this one I wanted to buy extra parts and there’s no one who would respond

I was struggling with making tumblers and coffee mugs, until I purchased this product. It is so easy to use. Great for the money spent. Has made a world of difference in my crafting adventures. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR ANY CRAFTER!

I used a 15OZ mug and opened it as far as it would go but could not close it so timer would start. I held it closed for 4 minutes. But my end product was beautiful. Low smoke level just a bit of odor

It works great no issues out of it functionally but still to this day the smell that comes from it. Is gagging

This cup press definitely great value for the money. I like the vibrant orange color of machine and the over all size . the machine doesnt put off funky smells while using . The timer and heat level is a great option and easy to use now i enjoy making my cups more often now !
