Purchased this instead of the Cricut mug press because of the price at the time. I only do 15oz mugs with it. They come out perfect every time with very little taping. I use the default setting and use copy paper as blowout paper cut to size with one piece of tape on each side to secure it on top of the sublimation paper. I have the Vevor 30oz tumbler press, too and have amazing results with it as well.

So easy to use just plug it in and when it heats up your good to go, all automatic once you place the mug in the unit it detects it and automatically closes ( no manually adjusting pressure which is great) I've done 2 mugs in it so far and perfect applications both times.When it's done it chimes and opens up for you to take it out.Also you can adjust the temperature etc but i just use the default settings and it's perfect.Highly recommendIt does come with a instruction manual, heat tape and heat gloves.

My review is based on my experience of using this as personal mug press to make handful of personalized mugs for friends and families as gifts, not as a commercial purposes. For my purpose, this served its purpose quite well. but again, I am not sure this would be good enough for someone who likes to sell customized mugs which probably requires to produce high quality mugs. It might, but I am just saying I am not such a professional seller, so I don't want to say this will do the job.I've made several personalized mugs for my friends and families for their special days, and all were hit!If I, the one of the clumsiest people you will ever meet on earth, can do it without causing any troubles, everyone can do this in my opinion.I would recommend this mug press because I think it's worth the price, but this one is my first (probably the last) one so I cannot say this one is better than other comparable ones.Overall, I am quite satisfied with its overall quality including performance.

This works better than expected and i would have given it 5 stars but when it heats up it has a bad order. I assumed it would go away after making several mugs, but it still smells bad.

Best investment I've Madre in my business in a very long time, extremely easy to use and makes my life SO much easier.

Super easy to use. I did have to adjust the timer but that wasn't hard. I am very happy with this purchase!

Took a little bit of learning to figure out what setting worked best for me. Works great.

A Great Product!!

Easy to use! Has a bit of a smell when using so I would suggest doing it by an opened door or window or in the garage or craft room, away from others lol… and if anyone was wondering YES! you can put the beer can GLASS CUPS to do sublimation & they won’t break! At least it didn’t break mine glass cups!
