Super Nice Oven
Great pizza oven easy to use and works well. One tip is to rotate the handle in 1/4 increments and stop and hold the handle still for about 20 seconds rotate another 1/4 increment and stop for 20 seconds keep doing this for about 2+ minutes be sure to heat up the stone on high for 30 min is best then turn down the flame to low before adding your pizza on the stone and doing the above.

LOVE this pizza oven!!!
I’ve been wanting one for years and finally picked this one after lots of research. My son had a pizza party so I premade dough and had all the toppings and let the kids and parents make their own pizzas. It was a HIT!! I cooked 25-30 pizzas in this thing in under 45 mins. Multiple parents asked me for a link because they loved it. I LOVE this pizza oven!! If your family eats pizza on the regular, spend the money and get it!

Oven is not easy to use at all. It gets to hot to keep pizza from burning Pellets work well but pizza also gets stuck on pan

Works great! Has a bit of a learning curve to get a perfect pizza but easy enough to figure out. The pellet hoper is a bit small and has to be continually filled during making a couple of pizza. Still recommend to everyone.

Does the job
The good: heats up fast, holds heat incredibly well, fuel efficient, metal exterior and interior is built tough. The bad: Igniter stopped working after two uses (they are aware of this problem as they send an extra long match holder with the unit), plastic dial cover fell off, rubber feet fell off. I use it twice a week in a food truck. It heats up to 800-1000F in about 1/2 hour on high. You can then turn the dial to low and it will hold temp all day. Takes about 45 minutes to cool down to be able to touch the outside when off.

Great oven for the price! Works well and easy to use! Good product. Well built and cooks quickly. As in most ovens like this, heat distribution is slightly unbalanced as the back of the oven is slightly hotter, requiring frequent turning.

Mixed feelings
Came with instructions to put together. Two of the pieces was scratched and dented. But still worked. No instructions on how to use it. I still have yet to use it until I can find out how to use this product

Neat little oven
Have been wanting a pizza oven to perfect the style of pizza we love but can’t find within reasonable drive. We have dozens of pizza places in the area and all are just not good. When I found this oven for a fraction more f the cost of the other brands I thought why not? It took a few tries to figure it out, but now each member of my family is a pizza expert. A dough hydration of 60%- ish works perfectly for us when using bread flour. It’s not too slack and flimsy as higher hydration dough. Loads of flour on the board while adding sauce and toppings helps keep it from sticking on the peel to slide in. Go easy on the wet ingredients as it can become wet and sticky, not sliding in well. We heat the oven on high for 15 minutes or so, then turn it down to low just before putting the pizza in. This way the stone is scorching hot, but the flames don’t blacken and overcook the top. Leaving the dial too high scorches the toppings. We time it to 20 seconds per “turn”. The side lever only turns the stone inside 270 degrees around so we start as far foreword as possible, count to 20, move it to the middle, count to 20, then pull it all the way toward the oven door for the last 20 seconds. This results in a near perfect Neapolitan style pie for us. Between pizzas we crank it back to high to keep that stone scorching hot. The only thing so far that has broken is the door handle. The plastic at the metal junction broke clean off on our third use. I’ll fabricate something better, and more decorative one of these days. For now a pair of locking pliers gets the job done.

I really liked how convenient the size is to store it, also the bag it comes with so you can take it anywhere is spectacular, I recommend it 100%
