I'm very happy with the product. I'm pretty critical too, but I can't find anything to fuss about with this system. The packaging is sturdy, instructions and template are great. The pegboard, hooks, accessories, and mounting system are all perfect. Also, the items are heavy duty - the shelves and pegs, etc. are very substantial. I'm glad I choose this product among all the similar offerings.

I love this system so much that I am up to my 3rd set. Compared to a traditional peg board, you can adjust the fitting so that they are nice and secure and wont fall off each time you take a tool from the wall.

When the most recent package arrived damaged, they immediately sent me a replacement for the damaged parts. So easy to deal with! Highly recommend!

Bought the kit and more. Used a mixture of the hooks that come with as well as some regular pegboard hooks. Works great and has held up well.
