handrail is aesthetically pleasing and sturdy; however there were no installation instructions, making it challenging to install! we installed two sets and there were a few extra holes in the wall from trying to figure out placement. one handrail arcs in the center... it's the best we could do.

Bought two of these. Everything went well with the first one, then on the second one we found that the anchors were too big. We put one in and it made too large of a hole and she screw wouldn't thread in, it just pushed right through. So we had to get different anchors to complete the job. Not sure how someone could put in the wrong package of screws and anchors. But otherwise, love them!

Overall I'm very pleased with this purchase. The screws however didn't seem like they were thick enough for supporting me for the size hole the instructions call for. I just replaced them with a bigger diameter and the grab bar holds tight now to my brick house where the steps are. $8 more isn't bad for a rock solid hold for a metal pipe to a brick wall when you're 315lbs. No stars docked for that though.

I love that all the peaces were there and once on the wallet was very firm!
