This machine is perfect. After a few uses it started making some noise but still worked fine. I just had to take the back off and put some grease on it and it sounds perfect again.

I'm amazed by how powerful and versatile this dough roller is. It can flatten the dough to use for an assortment of baked products, and it can press out the dough so thin you can make pasta and noodles with it. Hums nicely while it runs and seems to be very powerful. I haven't had a chance to use it in a commercial kitchen yet (that's what I bought it for!), but in my home kitchen, I've been very pleased with how easy it is to operate, change the settings, clean, and start and stop it with just the push of two buttons. Definitely a big helper in any kitchen or restaurant where you'll be handling various types of dough that need to be rolled from a plump thickness down to extremely thin.
