Easy to assemble, perfect for small pond.

My wife put this together and said it was really easy. We use this over our raised garden beds, to keep the pests off our veggies. We had purchased a different tent a couple of years ago and were pleasantly surprised to find that this tent was about 2 feet shorter than the other one. We like this one much better as the other one is just too tall, and can be seen over our 6' fence from the neighbors yard.

Does what it advertises…when you finally get it together.

I have a lot of trees and purchased this mainly to keep the leaves out of the pond. I don’t know whether it’s supposed to be up 24/7 but I left it up because it did such a great job keeping the leaves out. And then it snowed. It was a heavy snow and 24°. Looked out and saw that it was snow-covered and I tried to get the snow off of it but it was stuck to the fine mesh. Ultimately the dome started to collapse. It fell like in a spiral into the pond and froze there. I resigned myself to having to buy another one, which I would merely because of keeping the leaves out, and then it started warming up….melting the thick ice. I noticed it was springing back into shape! It actually came completely up to its original shape like nothing happened! Not sure if it was designed to do that but I’m happy as a clam and would gladly purchase this pond cover again! I can honestly give this product five stars because it did exactly what I wanted it to do and then some!

Flimsy but keeps the leaves out it does sag though when it rains but so far hasn’t colllapsed

Good product. Not heavy duty though. Keeps pond clean. Fit over my 8ft round tank okay but needed clamps to keep it from blowing away. I could have built one for the cost of all the clamps! But the product itself is good. Not sure if it can hold up to harsh heat and sun.

I wanted this over my pond for the fall to keep leaves out and it’s worked great so far. I don’t think it would be durable enough to withstand winter weather but for the rest of the year it’s great. I did get some heavier duty stakes for it though as the ones that came with it weren’t great.

I took a chance on this tent and I'm glad I did. It seems like it will last, I'm only using it for fall in Michigan until the leaves are all down and then I'll pack it away. The only negative is that I wish the opening was on The wider side of the tent. I was able to put it up myself in a few minutes and it's lightweight enough to be able to move it. I like the flaps on the bottom that you can weigh down with bricks if there's nowhere to put the stakes.

I have had a small, 9 x 12 or so goldfish/koi pond in my backyard for well over twenty years. I have a large honey locust tree behind my house as well as in front and my neighbors’ yards are loaded with maples. I need good coverage for my pond once fall sets in and this one is amazing. First of all, it was half the price of anything else I could find on pond websites and it is easier to use and not requiring several postgraduate degrees. The mess is closer than my preceding netting and since it is pu t together like a tent with shock cord poles, it is easy to use. This is the first time I will not have to deal with the extremely tiny locust leaves which are insidious and have caused me great concern over the years. My only issue, and it is a tiny one, is that the netting by two of the shock cord poles, does not have loops for the guy wires. This mesh tent has a nice flap along the base that I have put bricks and weights on. I also, and this is my own fault, ought to have purchased one size larger to accomodate for my waterfall base. Nonetheless, this works very well. I am a very happy camper.
