Like others, I am using this filter paired with a 1hp pump for a portable pool vacuum. Works great.

Nothing negative to say..I installed it on our 12 x 30 inground. It filters water.. Be prepared to need additional plumbing fittings for various applications..it does come with nice connections couplings.. Cartridge part number is FS -6320 or FS 1638.. Useed over a year now no issues..still using original carts..

I had this filter set up about a month ago, and the only issue I have had is it leaks. I added some sealant which I wanted to avoid doing in case adjustments or maintenance needed to be done, however, this also solved the immediate leaking problem. The filter itself keeps the water clear, I have not added any chemicals, and a toddler who jumps in and out (adding extra dirt) and it has been great!

So I have to Pumps for my pool. A sand pump on the bottom and a second pump with this filter on top of the deck. We have hard water with our well and iron is very high. I am sooo happy that I bought this filter. I alternate from the two pumps to keep my motors from over heating. I just need to look in to buying a second filter. Pool parts don't retro fit with regulat pvc plumbing parts. That's why we used boots to use pvc plumbing pipe.

We were having problems with cloudy water and this filter made it crystal clear in a little over 24 hours. Used on an above ground pool.

Just need to find replacement filters. Maybe the manufacture would sell them on Amazon or supply the information as to where I can find them.
