I was a bit intimidated to install this railing because it had to be installed on cement, and holes had to be drilled in the cement. After purchasing a new electric drill, installation was a breeze. The railing seems sturdy, and is just what I needed for the stairs on my pool/spa.

Bought as a gift for a friend,the pool had not been installed with a little end hand rail when built, was a easy install the blue sleeve is a nice touch for little hands to stay cool from the summer sun

Update- 2 years old and is rusting -I was having my pool deck replaced and decided to add the pool railing. The contractor made a jig on wood adding the bolts and then buried it before the concrete was poured. Otherwise, the bolts would have had to been drilled into the concrete. The railing came with the bolts, and the removable gripping sleeve. The contractor had me purchase longer bolts and added nuts to fit the 4 inch concrete pour. It has been a game changer for me getting in and out of the pool. I am in my 60's and it is an added safety feature. It is only 3 months old, and I am noticing water rust spots starting to form on it which I am able to wipe down with stainless polish but thought if made for the outdoors it should not be doing this. My advice is to make sure you measure correctly. Depending on if you have a trim on your pool deck-I had to get the longest one offered 55\" to hang over the pool steps and be secured into concrete and NOT the pool edging.

Just wish the hardware was standard instead of metric, even drill bit wouldn’t fit my hammer drill. No biggie, got 1/4 anchors and it works fine. Nicely made and delivery was early and u couldn’t beat the price

Bought this for a job I was doing and it turned out great. The ladder was great quality and the installation was very simple. I did end up using a different style of anchor than what came with it just to ensure nothing came loose.

Had to use several drill bits to drill pilot holes for the larger bit that came with the rail. Sells for $100 less on Temu.
