This is a great charger, don't need to spend thousands, or pay FPL. I installed it myself, works vert well.

Returning this charger. It may be fine as a backup dumb car charger, but there is no app or connectivity as indicated in the description. You have to directly interact with the charger interface and you have a timer option and an amp option. Not as described or advertised. Returning.

The VEVOR Portable Charger has worked well and been extremely useful. With my EV, it is totally plug-n-play. I plug the charger into the wall socket and then into the EV. The car's charging software detects a Level 1 charger and allows me to select either 8 or 12 AMP charging. I run it at 12 AMPs. I have never had to touched a button on the VEVOR charger or download the software recommended by VEVOR because the charger works perfectly with my car as a plug-n-play device. I haven't had the charger long enough to know if it will be reliable over the long haul, but so far, so good,

the charging cord from GMC ($699) died after a week. The logistics to get it looked at and replaced was going to be multiple trips over 100 miles away. This one was a fraction of the price and has worked flawlessly for weeks now, in all weather conditions. Would definitely recommend.

Works great for our Nissan Leaf and Kia Niro Plug In. We haven’t tried the app yet, but it works perfectly without it. Normally our house would trip a breaker while charging the Leaf and that hasn’t happened since we purchased this charger.

great product at a great price. highly recommend. I bought this to replace my charger cable for my 2014 chevy bolt, I have not gotten to use it yet, but expect to use it soon.

The 2 "buttons are NOT physical buttons, they are touch sensitive sensors. DO NOT PUSH, just lightly touch. The other odd and repeatable "malfunction" is attempted operation while the cord has a few coils in it. For instance.... The wall outlet "mains" is right next to the rear of the car where the charging port is located. I plug into the wall, leave the cord coiled in the rear hatchback area just to keep it off the ground, then plug the evse into the car. It fails sometimes if the cord is looped on the hanger too many times. The unit will NOT start now, or ever if the cord is coiled. I strech out the cord and it works 100% all the time. It does not make any difference if operationg on 120 or 240 volts or which level the charge current is set for. Other than that, GREAT inexpensive evse. Operation at full power the box will get warm.

Very pleased so far. It took about 6 hours to go from 80 to 100% on an Ioniq5. Charging on 15A/120V. I typically charge on level 3 but this is great to have when you're in a pinch and need a little extra charge

Purchased this charger to replace an old defective charger. The plug for this charger is of very good quality. The previous defective charger I had used screw on connections for the plug, which failed over time, could have caused a fire. This charger I feel confident will last for as long as I need it to
