Was looking for an inexpensive level 1 charger and found this one, sadly first one was dead on arrival, plug was bad fit and didn't connect/initiate charge, but the company made it right and the second one works like a charm. Great to have app support and ability to adjust amps delivered on the unit/in the app. The long cable is a plus as well. Not sure I would trust the gauge of the cable for 240/16A...but for my application it is good. Wishlist: both 120/240 wall plugs should be 90 degree angle, not straight out.

Charger for 3 Prong Dryer Outlet
I am highly satisfied with this purchase. I was quoted $500 by an electrician to install a car charger outlet in my garage. Fortunately, I have a 220 v 3-prong dryer outlet. It never been used ever since my house was built in the 1980s. My laundry room is not far from my garage. The 28-foot 10-30p charger was long enough to reach my BMW 530e. It works perfectly! My car charges in 2 hours and 35 minutes. It use to takes 11-12 hours on a standard outlet using the charger included with vehicle purchase. Best of all I saved $500.

Only one model (not the one I bought) has a info display on the front.
IT seems to charge the vehicle properly. Thru trial and error, I learned the only way to set the charging rate - very important because highest rate blows circuit breakers - is via an APP that the instructdion manual makes no mention of. The manual is poorly worded and suggests that the Level One 120V unit I bought has a front display - it doesn't. Nor are certain symbols on the unit and in the manual explained. It's an obvous translation problem from Chinese to English. A good translator and product review expert would help. It's well packaged and includes all the necessary parts and a good case for travel.

Great EV charger
I love that this charger has an adjustable amperage output the power at work is consistently higher then 240v and my car will shut off the charge if it senses to much power at 32 amps. Being able to reduce the power amperage to 24 amps allows me to still charge my EV at work without shutting down.

It handles both 110V and 240V, at a great price
I first bought one of these to charge my car at 110V, because my 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV LE (used, not new) did not come with a charging cable. This VEVOR cable charged the car at 7.1A, requiring about 14 hours for a full charge. But I then had an electrician install a 240V outlet in my garage, directly below the circuit panel. This VEVOR cable now charges at 240V and 14.2A, fully charging my car in about 3.5 hours. I like the ability to monitor the charging cable via WiFi and the SmartLife app. (I had already installed the SmartLife app for a set of 'smart' light bulbs.) I have now bought a second VEVOR cable, as a spare and to carry in the car--just in case.

Great price, works well; instructions terrible, charging slow
The (sale?) price was great, and it charges my car correctly. But... The instructions are atrocious: - Never explain what each button and indicator on the charger is - Include extensive instructions and photos not applicable to this model - Never give a step-by-step procedure to connect, charge, and then disconnect The charging is extremely slow. I connected the charger to the Smart Life app to see what's going on. The charger is set for 8A but actually pulls only 7.1A. I tried to raise the amperage, but with no effect. I am using my regular garage outlet, which is quite capable of supplying my 13A electric lawn mower; and there is nothing else on the circuit. My car is a 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV LE, which (when new) comes with a level 1 charger that can switch between 8A and 12A. So I don't know why the best I get is only 7.1A.

Great price and works great. Charges our two Teslas at home and when traveling. The 240 volt AC plug is pretty standard. Having a display is nice to show the charging voltage and total energy in KWh’s delivered to the Tesla’s battery.

Been using this for almost six months now. Can charge my car from empty overnight, fills me up from a typical day in about an hour. Works great for me. Cable is heavy but not stiff.
