I just received it and set it up.

I was tired of using a handheld steamer and having to fill the water every single day. I found this I was a little bit leery because of the reviews but overall I'm extremely happy that I purchased this on sale and it is worked to perfection. I do wish the long bar was a little bit sturdier but that's okay. I don't have to fill the water tank But once a month and I steam my clothes every single day. Very happy with this purchase.

It's pretty good. I've seen people write that water comes out. Well mines didn't. If you over pour the water it will spit water out. So just don't over due on the water. It does a good job.

IT IS A RELIEF FOR ME NOT TO STAND DUE TO LEG PROBLEMS.THIS STEAMER SAVED THE DAY,I JUST SIT AND STEAM IN LESS TIME IT WOULD TAKE TO IRON.

All are good except there is a bit of a leak on the bottom. I had to let it stand on some tiles to avoid damaging my flooring. Otherwise, this is a good product. The Customer Service Rep is very eager to help and responsive to my queries, that is 5-star customer service.
