Easy to assemble and simple to operate. I really like using it as it can bring mild steel to temp in a couple of minutes.

Product arrived earlier than expected. There was a minor issue with one of the items included but Customer Support responded quickly to each one of my messages and provided me with a much appreciated resolution to said issue. Customer Support was great. It is quite an easy set up and looks to be working like a champ now!

Heats up metal pretty good. After the first setup a soap water test showed leaking at primary intake. Taking the fitting off caused it to shear off. Rethreaded with a a number 7 metric tap and die and didn't have any more issues after that. The single burner does limit your work area but all in all not bad. The grips were actually quite good and didn't require reshaping to be useful. Gloves were a little small
