Got one for a small fence job , turned out to be very rocky ground did great as long and you dug out the rocks broke the small center pin off the 6 inch bit. Bit did great other wise I was not gentle with it and it made me 1200 cash

Used to drill about 1oo 6" holes in vineyard to add some pipe supports to trellis system. Worked well with no issues.

This is a great tool, especially for the price point.It starts up easily, digs down over 2 feet without any issues. Easy to operate with one person. Convient gas/oil mixing container. The only issue I have is that the stop button doesn't always work.

I was skeptical about this auger, but it works well. Our soil is either a brick when dry and greased ice when wet (red clay). I pre drilled holes using a bulb planter but it didn’t seem to need it. It did take a LONG time to get the thing started. It would not start with the lever in the start setting, but I think the switch is backwards. Regardless, once I got it running it did a great job. For the price, it was cheaper to buy this than rent one. I wish it had a reverse, but for the price I can work without it. As others have said it CAN and WILL get away from you if you’re not careful. Take it slow and it’ll be fine.

This thing is a beast!! I bought a bunch of fruit trees (1/2" caliper) and bought this to dig the holes. I'm a 72 year old man and it takes me about an hour to dig what this auger can do in 30 seconds. I knocked out 8 holes yesterday in under 15 minutes. It's just the perfect amount of power and torque; I can man-handle it myself if needed. This is a game changer for gardening.

GOT THIS POPST HOLE DIGGER TO PUT UP SOME PRIVECY FENCE. PUT IT TOGETHER PUT GAS IN AND AWAY I WENT. WORKS GREAT, RUNS GREAT. HAVE NO ISSUES STARTING.

The gas feed trigger was broken out of the box .have not used yet. I am going to use it to make holes to plant tomatoes in garden when I get it fixed

This post hole digger works great !! If hit rocks it stops you but there all going too. Starts flawless every time I use. Recommended buy.

So I waited until winter in ky to put a fence up. This thing has no issues with the solid frozen ground. Definitely grab this and don’t waste your money at Lowes or Home Depot. I have had 56 post to dig this has no issues at all

I used to do some post holes on my land. Hold on tight! If it grabs a tree root, it will tork your arms.
