Hi i just bought this automatic weight machine but its not working well its weight machine is not accurate on 4 g its only dispensing 2g and at 6g it will dispense 30g the product im using it for it crushed tobacco. I want replacement or refund

Machine stopped working within a week of using it. The door inside stays open and will not weigh the ingredients properly nor dispense them. Customer support has beef of no assistance. This has been a truly frustrating and disappointing experience.
