Bought these to split my brew batches. They work great. Tap faucet can be used on other regular tap fittings but regulator threads are not standard.

This growler/ mini Keg is fantastic. I keep it in the bar fridge and get to get a draft beer anytime I want it also keeps the beer or cider for much longer if you use a CO2 cartridge. If you plan to not keep it in the fridge or want to travel with it I would get the double walI one. I will be getting another in the future.

I’ve been using this growler as a mini keg to force carbonate beer. I know this isn’t the intended use of this product, but purchased it on a whim to try out this potential functionality. As a side note, I’ve also used this to carbonate non-alcoholic beer with great success; just takes a bit more than a single CO2 cartridge. The CO2 regulator works well, but can take a bit of getting used to. Pouring from the tap can also be a bit tricky at first; I’ve had my fair share of beer on the counter/floor, but I chalk that up to user error. There is a bit of assembly needed to get everything working, but the instructions that came with it made things easy. My only complaint is that the dimensions of this are slightly off what is depicted. I found mine to be slightly taller, and had to get creative to fit it in my mini fridge. All in all, a great product and would buy it again in a heartbeat!

I'm happy. Got mine for $40. I used a little Teflon tape to make sure there were no leaks.

Great little tap system. Originally ordered one for myself, but ordered two more for my FIL and buddy. No leaks, keeps carbonation at a consistent level, easy to clean and simple to use.

We have been asked almost every time we are out without growler tap system what it is called and how can they get one. It’s been an excellent choice for use at our small wedding reception and now when we are out visiting our favorite breweries.

Put the mini keg together, and it was very self explanatory. Getting the first round of force carbonating seemed to go well, did 2 days at 25 psi, then turned the mead down to 8psi to serve. Happy to see if be double wall insulated, we’ll see how it keeps temp. The only downside I’m seeing right now is the spout. I’m going to retighten everything and check a couple more times before the return period ends, but when I initially pressured the keg up, it had a slow leak at the spout. I’ll update the review if it ends up getting returned.

Great product, nice price BUT …… why is there not a spring system to “automatically” close (or keep closed) the tap ??? This would avoid the tap to open accidentally in the fridge !!! Would i recommend this product, hummmm maybe not, unless you enjoy to clean the entire fridge every time you go in it (you and/or the family members)
