I recently purchased this furnace and have found it to be quite impressive overall. It operates efficiently and meets the expectations set by its description.

The assembly process was straightforward, which I greatly appreciated as it allowed for quick setup and usage.

It's pretty much ready to go right out of the box, incredibly easy to use, and heats better than I was expecting. This thing is worth every penny, and if you're looking to do a little backyard smelting and forging, this is the perfect gadget to get started with.

Works great! I've used it to make jewelry, knives, and a great multiplicity of other things. Great price for the quality. Extrodanaly easy to use. Be careful when using the lid for an extended time. The metal heats up and starts burning the wood, but other than that it works beautifully. The tongs are fanominal but one does have to be cautious when adjusting to their grip. I have had red-hot steel try to jump up in my face because the tongs aren't as tight as they could be.

Very good quality for the money spent, Heats fast and even, Needs a higher quality Crucible but the one supplied works to start. I would Highly recommend Buying a stiffener for the Insulation before using, you won't regret the extra $16 dollar investment it will keep the insulation from sagging and eliminate a lot of headaches and hassle also Get some High Quality Teflon tape for the connections before hand or it will leak. Invest in Crucible Tongs that Cradle the Crucible for better control pouring. Be Safe Have Fun;)

I am very pleased with the forge. Works as I expected. I can melt a crucible of bronze in 45 minutes! Have used it several times without any problems.

i love it and it works great, could have better instructions to set up thought. other than that it’s great.

Steam air leak from this furnace. It is unsafe to use it.

I've poured over a hundred aluminum ingots and I'm very happy (over 1,500 F for those). I also poured four copper ingots - it reached 2,150 F for those. Be sure to put a piece of cardboard beneath the crucible each time. I'm not using the firebrick - they give you two, a square one for upright crucible work, and a rectangular one for laying-on-the-side forge work. I had to take apart and clean the nozzles, as one of them had debris particles and was flaming out.
